 Hi! I’m Taryn

I’m a country kid at heart, a deeply passionate soul with too many ideas, and an educator with big, big dreams, not only for myself, but for all educators.

Most days, you can find me in leggings with smudged glasses and a messy bun, working in my office with a smile on my face, too many tabs open on my computer and my pup on his floppy pillow beside me. Plus, I’ve always got my water bottle filled up and a snack of some kind, usually fruit and chocolate chips, working on my next big idea.

I’m a storyteller, I love beautiful things - mostly photos I wish I could take. I love to travel - road trips and camping anywhere near the water. I love to write but never seem to find the time to get it down on paper. I love to create and explore ideas while teaching my students. And lately I’ve been craving connection, on a deep, deep level.
